Listener received this title free

An enjoyable story with loads of detail and plenty of action throughout. Some technical stuff that went over my head but it did help to draw me in to the book.

The only negative was the narration which, although professionally read by Bill Burrows who has a good voice for it, caused a little confusion due to the lack distinction between character voices. For example I found that Scott & Frank sounded exactly the same, which made following conversations between them difficult. There wasn't enough difference between others to make speech obviously attributable to each character.

All in all though, a good first novel and well worth a read.

This was an interesting listen. It was a big step away from my usual listen but it was good. I really think the build up was too long and then it finished just like that.

The story is interesting and takes a while to get into.. Tbh you can see the twists before they happen.. However its enjoyable.

Some glitches in narration, could due with an edit.. But narrator voice is good for story
