I like it very much.
I am new at using herbs for healing. It is full of great information. This is a great beginners guide but I can see it being used as I learn more. A sign of a well used book in my house is one full of post-its...this one has many post-its.

Very detailed in descriptions of each herb and many ways to use each one. Very helpful for a beginner or even someone experienced in using medicinal herbs
