The early chapters are very repetitive which became quite irritating. It is worth persevering, by perhaps increasing the playback speed, as there is a lot of useful information to help with understanding the possible reasons behind hoarding. Chapters 9 and 10 have very helpful techniques and approaches to help deal with hoarding.

Helpful but very repetitive initially
