Episodes too short to use as sleep tool

Due to the fact that Audible titles can’t be cued, this is useless as a sleep aid. Just as you start to nod off the episode ends and you have to manually load the next part rendering you as wide awake as when you started. Audible please sort this out!

best sleep ever

I have always had trouble sleeping and now the passes week I have had every night a full undisturbed sleep. I highly recommend this to everyone you has trouble.0

tbh this is the worst audio book I've downloaded. listening to the free preview sample was better than bothering with the full audio download!

Great for helping to sleep

so this isnt my sort of thing normally, and usually i just use a story to help me sleep, however I can sometimes still be awake an hour later!

so thought I'd tried this..

now...the content is cheesy...but the 20minute one I am rarely awake at end of the 20mins...voice is soothing, and I find the long pause between his speaking seems to help...

give this a go...even if it's not your sort of thing...its worth it if you have trouble sleeping!

not what expected

thought it was a meditation sleep tape, but it was not
for me sorry but may be of use if new to meditation
