Well worth a listen

After struggling with insomnia due to medication and being on sleeping tablets I wanted to find ways to improve my sleep naturally. This gives you lots of ideas and ways to sleep. My personal favourite was the body scan which was one of the first episodes, I listened to the others but kept going back to that as it worked so well.

Soothing and calming

Most of the time it's the narrator's voice and the rain & thunders in the background that actually put me to sleep, not the meditation exercises themselves :) I wish Audible would allow me to queue more than one episode because on some days I need a bit longer to listen.

I would love to give this more stars, but...

AUDIBLE please fix this!! I start with the body sweep and and am almost asleep but due to no continuous play of the content I technically have to 'wake up' to play the next part. Not very sleep inducing at all! Your audible shows should play continuously, or at least have a 'queue' or play next function like podcasts do.
