Amazing dual narration of Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby, boy do they bring out the action, heat and humour.

After losing her father Remi while still at college, she throws herself into keeping her dad's trucking company afloat.
Steel is the Sargent at Arms for The Vikings MC. When he sees Remi his gut flips. Remi’s best friend, Bridget, talks her into going to a MC party . Steel knows from that time on he will make her his.

I enjoyed listening to Heart of Steel! A strong young woman who has lost a loved one. A bada$$ biker who has a big heart and big muscles too. *Sigh* The story kept the AirPods to my ears. It’s exciting, sexy and also kind of heartbreaking. Remi and Steel make it through with their MC family and loving friends. The narration made it that more fun to listen.

This is my first book written by Cathleen Cole and Frank Jensen and it won’t be my last, they created an interesting and original story that is captivating from start to end. The character development and world building is fantastic, and I loved how they brought and then combined two different worlds together, Remi, a strait-laced college girl and Steel, a member of a one percenter motorcycle club, the Vikings MC. Remi is working hard to finish her college degree so she can take over her late father’s trucking business from her uncle who is filling while she finishes school. Rushing to classes with her friend Bridget, a friendly friend Bridget who stops to chat it up with some MC members and gets invited them invited to a party. With everything going on in her life, Remi had no intention of going, but Bridget talks her into going. Remi grabbed Steel’s attention the moment he laid eyes on her and claimed her as his, though she had not known it yet and he does not take no for an answer. Neither one was looking for love, but it found them anyway, and it was one heck of a ride watching their worlds collide. This action-packed cleverly plotted story has plenty of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Thank you for this fantastic story and the wild ride. I am looking forward to what happens next.

🎧📚🎧 And for the terrific narration, Allyson Voller and Tyler Darby are the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, gave each a voice that suited their character’s persona perfectly and were believable in every role they played. The two made a great team, their voices complemented each other’s, and they set the perfect tone for the story. You could hear how much heart they put into their work as they capture all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fantastic listen.
