About this listen

Brought to you by Penguin.

I can't rewrite history; all I can do is be honest and wear my heart on my sleeve. It's really the only way I know. I want to show people the real me. Or perhaps remind them. Because, somewhere - amongst the nightclubs, the frocks and hairdos, the big chart hits, and the glamour of being a popstar - the other Sarah Harding got utterly lost. She's the one who's been forgotten. And all I want is for you to hear her out.

This is Sarah Harding, in her own words.

I throughly enjoyed hearing Sarah’s life journey career, family, friendship and illness. My mum passed away in July 2020 of the same illness breast cancer which spread to the spine after a 3 year fight/ battle.I really related to Sarah’s Journey and understanding. Lovely book. Memories will never tarnish they grow old with us. X

After reading this, I made a doctors appointment to get a swelling in my armpit / breast area checked out. Because of Sarah's honesty about her experiences with cancer, she may save many lives that she'll never know about. Sarah just wants to be seen and heard for who she is; a strikingly warm, sweet, kind and honest person. And very, very talented.

Terribly sad, funny, uplifting and inspiring

A candid ghostwritten autobiography. The first half is more interesting and less repetitive. it's pretty tragic though.

The narrator was too northern to really convey the southern tones of Ms Harding.
