exceptional
I love this book; audio book. a must for anyone wanting to discover how or why sound heals. I listened to this primarly as a study aid, however, I keep going back to listen little and often. The practices at the beginning certainly do release and made me laugh out loud (not great on a train :-) He explains in such a great way giving examples and references to composers, music and body. Dons voice is especially pleasing, never monotone and extremely lifting making the learning exciting. LOVE ❤ THIS book and i would 100% love to meet him!

Interesting lectures and useful practices
Enjoyed listening to all of the lectures. The exercises are simple and are a happy marriage of music sounding and then sometimes visualizations. I look forward to putting them into practice.
