highly suggested

He suggests linking brief, but important habits to habits that you already have, like brushing your teeth. From there you link a progression of habits together.

Important book

The author presents the idea of stacking habits together in a way that is realistic and doable. It's not like attempting Mount Everest.

Amazing Guide

This book delivers on its premise. It provides the instructions to create small habit stacks in your day to day life then supplies examples of such small habits divided by 'area' (health, career, etc.) (and a few examples of habit stacks too).
