My favorite meditation was the energy renewal meditation where the author recommends to focus bright white light into each muscle and part of your body, letting it move freely, releasing any heaviness and fatigue. I seriously felt lighter after this meditation. The meditations are in chapters, so you can pick your faves, put them on loop, and incorporate them into your daily meditation practice. The sound is crisp and clear and the pad-type soundscapes sound great through headphones, helping to relax. I’d recommend these meditations with a sleep mask as well to really get in the zone. The narrator also leaves plenty of space between sentences so you can relax until each portion of the meditation without feeling rushed.
