Delicious combinations

There are lots of delicious combinations that are fully loaded with all the right nutrients and vitamin your body needs to function at it's best! Once I've found a way to incorporate fruits and veggies into my daily eating habits, I've been stocking up on all different types of produce.

Great recipes

The recipes are easy to make and there is certainly plenty of variety for those who like to juice or those who prefer to smoothie. I think the only thing that would improve the book are photos, but other than that, it's a solid smoothie book with great recipes.

If you are interested in making green smoothies a part of your life, then this is the book to have. Lots of variety in the recipes, and they taste great! I have a green smoothie almost everyday, and I feel better for it.

Great for Beginners

After listening this book, I did my research on the suggested blenders, so I decided on a Vitamix. The book is simple to follow and gives you plain explanations on what to put in your smoothie and explains health benefits. This is the only smoothie book you will need. Trust me its amazing and thankful I bought this book and invested in a new versatile blender.

This is a great book full of info about smoothies


This is a great book full of info about smoothies and nutrition, and it's so well put together that it's a fun read as well as informative. I have a smoothie every morning and was looking for new recipes and ideas so I'd have variety in the morning. This book's recipes are great and also a starting point for some of my own creation. Love it!

New to juicing and love this book! Tons of recipes and beautiful photos. It really helped jump start me on using my new juicer and in feel like it’s the only book I need. Highly recommend.

Green Smoothies for Life is an amazing book that gives you a 30 day plan to start your healthy lifestyle.I also bought The 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleans last year and lost 61 pounds. Super tasty

I'm not a person who really likes greens but I do know they are good for us so I bought this book and it's been such a great purchase and help me understand and helping me to make drinks that are actually really good so what do you like greens or not this book will help you and making great recipes and keeping you very healthy.
