Going to Extremes is a combination of practical, actionable steps to take the leap into your own adventure, and real examples of doing just that from the author's life. It is somewhere between an engrossing story and a how-to book, and I found it extremely enjoyable! The prompts at the end of each chapter serve as excellent journalling prompts and are really well designed. Highly recommended!
