I love how all these Generals weren’t perfect; they were just like you & I, yet they shook territories & countries for Jesus & impacted many. Robert did an amazing spirit-led job in not only capturing these stories for posterity, he also managed to do 3 things superbly: 1. Distilled why the Generals were successful, 2. Identified what went wrong, & 3. How future Generals can stand on the shoulders of these giants in the faith. We’re on the cusp of seeing other Generals rise. Thrilling listen & will be coming back to this title.

This is a great introduction to charismatic church history. When the author gives his thoughts on each person and their ministry it feels a little self indulgent and not always objective. However, I think this is a great introduction to this subject matter.
