The writer narrates so is talking first-hand about herself as a neurotic, bad tempered nightmare of a Mum and wife. She gets there in most situations and I'm not sure if she exxagerated her starting position in most scenarios but it makes for an entertaining read. Entertainingly self deprecating. The book would benefit from a pdf explaining the method and she even mentions that she spent time thinking about an unstuck workbook.
