That book was simultaneous mental set with my personal little fitness regimen I just undertook ,and every times felt like giving up at least I had mental support alive in my ears as exercising in action .So following leaders is paying off.

I was reading the book along with the audio book and there are some inconsistencies and occasional bad editing (when talking about meditating at one point, suddenly there was a small paragraph about chocolate before going back to meditating! The talk of chocolate actually came next in the list.) I think its from Chapter 13 onwards that the book and audiobook chapters are not in chronological order (the audiobook is ahead by one chapter) Overall though, most of the book is done well and narrated well. Just needs some tweaks and made up to date with the written book.
