And when we are able to understand ourselves and our relationships more clearly then, as Christine says, we can do something about it. I loved christine's explanations of the kind of things that often go wrong in relationships, how we can think about them differently, and how we can begin to build something new. I really liked her delivery of these real nuggets of wisdom, the questions we might ask, ourselves and our partners and the challenges she offers to us all to rethink some of our blueprints formed in childhood. There's a gentle humour in her writing which is refreshing! For any couple wanting to iron out some of the creases in their relationships this
Would be a great book to read together.

Making what seems complicated in relationships so very understandable.

I attended a workshop run by Christine (author) and listened to her book twice prior to attending- it was an easy listen and although only 1 1/2 hrs duration gave many insightful nuggets - I have recommended this book to several colleagues who I’m training with - I am grateful to Christine for sharing her wisdom in audio format as I find it a very useful way of learning
