Ist sie ebenfalls dem Mörder zum Opfer gefallen oder lebt sie noch? Dirks und Breithammer setzen alles daran, einen weiteren Horrorfund zu verhindern und suchen unter Hochdruck nach dem Mörder. Dabei stoßen die beiden nicht nur auf den geheimnisvollen Scrimshaw-Künstler Harke Krayenborg, sondern auch auf eine außergewöhnliche Tierliebhaberin. Bei dem Versuch, das Rätsel um die herausgenommenen Augen zu lösen, wird Dirks' Beziehung zu Jendrik auf eine harte Probe gestellt und die kühle Kommissarin muss sich dem finstersten Punkt ihrer Vergangenheit stellen.

Güt gelesen. Ende scwach.

Dirks macht eine grosse fehle Kurtz vor die ende und die selbstmotde bon der verbrecher ist eimfach schwach.
