Wow! talk about opposites attract. I loved this book and it’s characters. The narrator really brought out the character’s emotions and attitudes. I didn’t want to stop listening, this story had me captivated. I definitely recommend this book.

I have to say that I ended this audiobook with my mouth agape. That ending. Then, I was terrified that the end of Gigi and Pike's story ended here and I couldn't believe Chelle Bliss would do that to her readers. So, I do what all book insane people do... I head to social media and when I didn't get my answers I went to Goodreads. I had this huge sigh of relief when I saw Burn was the book 2 in their story. Thank GOODNESS!!!

I feel like I should whisper this but I haven't read or listened to Chelle Bliss before so I really wasn't sure what to expect. What was I thinking?!?! I devoured this story! I loved Gigi! She's fierce and I applaud her. I love that take charge personality. I love good strong female characters but I think Bliss bumps the strength up a notch or two. I mean, the women in this family are the leaders... they know it, the men know it. They just let the men pretend that they're in charge. So I get that this book is a second generation and I missed the entire first generation and I'm thinking I might need to catch up with the Gallo families while I wait (im)patiently for Burn.

Real quick, Flame is scorching hot sexy! I love the personalities of everyone in this book. The MC with Tiny and Morse made me tear up with how sweet they were. Pike was amazing and he was totally over the moon for Gigi. I loved that! Gigi was harder with giving the feelings away but seeing her family members, I get it. Loved it! I want more! The narration was perfection! They were hot and you could feel the dedication and heat in their voice. I also could hear them while showering/shaving and that's huge for me because I love listening to audiobooks while I shower.

The Gallo’s are back
You think City and Suzy’s stories were off the hook, well you haven't read or listen to Gigi and Pike's story, Gigi so much like her Joe (City) and Suzy with a little be of her Auntie Izzy throwing in. So Gigi & Tamara and some friends are in Daytona for spring break, Pike is in Daytona for bike week. The moment they start to talk to each other Pike and Gigi have the spark of sizzling chemistry. Fast forward 1 half year later were they meet at Inked were its both there first that to work there. This story full of twists and turns, drama, suspense. Loved the Audio and reading it Chelle, Samantha Brentmoor, Jason Clarke brought Gigi and Pike to life

Flame is the perfect title picked for this book! While it starts out HOT, the story is truly a slow burn. Gigi is in Daytona for bike week during her spring break. She hooks up with Pike, an alpha, overprotective, hot, inked man and figures, a week of fun,and she will disappear with some great memories. Now graduated and ready to start in her family tattoo business, she shows up for her first day, and who is also there? I cannot tell you how much fun this book is. There is witty banter between Pike and Gigi and a chemistry that pulls them together. But it is it enough to bring them back together? Bliss writes with passion, and I love the family vibe she brings into her book. It has the perfect balance of relationship building, family drama without the angst and a little suspense. I loved this mix and can't wait to see what she has in store for book 2!

Give me a book narrated by Jason Clarke, and I am a happy camper. He has a very relaxed sound when he narrates, and no matter the character, is able to find the stride to make him his own. This is my first Samantha Brentmoor performance, and I enjoyed her voice. She gave Gigi that overconfident, spunky attitude and let me love her as she adjusts to her new life. The two complimented each other well and the performance was hours of entertainment.

Gigi and Pike are an unlikely couple. The sparks fly as they spend one week of fun together and why not, they most likely will not see each other again. Back in Gigi's family tattoo shop, Gigi finds herself working along side Pike. The sparks simmer as they try not to fall for each other. But their chemistry keeps bringing them to each other. Nothing is easy though, as Pike's past comes to the forefront. His past brings suspense and struggles to the story. The back and forth of their relationship, kept me on my toes.

I loved the narration of this story. Jason Clarke is swoon worthy. His deep voice brought out the strong, protective, alpha in Pike. Samantha Brentmoor was a wonderful Gigi. Ms. Brentmoor was able to narrate Gigi as the strong, independant woman I imagined her to be. Ms. Brentmoor has an easy to listen to voice. Both narrators complimented each other and made this story enjoyable.
