Narrator drove me to distraction

Couldn't finish this book despite the promise of some good tales. This was the worst narration ever. The woman must be demented !!!

Un-listenable

the reader has an annoying voice imho. it gets in the way of the stories breaks the 4th wall, you can't get into them.

It is amusing to hear her drop the act when she actually reads one of the good stories, as if she's enjoying it - the Hardy for example. But for the rest, truly irritating. Like listening to the opera with a fly in the room.

Omg is this real? She must be kidding.

The whole thing is in some ridiculous o we done character voice. It's horrible. I was hoping it was only the first story but it's the whole thing. They are all done by this terrible woman. Unlistenable. Do not buy.
