This was a completely different listen for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wasn’t sure how I’d find it but it was a great listen, intriguing stories and a great narration by David! I definitely recommend having a listen for something a bit different

Loved it!

This was a really good listen. The book contains 4 stories, 2 of which refer to each other/are somewhat interconnected. I liked them a lot and they would not be amiss in an anthology with bigger names. Honestly I've read worse from authors that are far more famous. Personally I thought the second one was the strongest, followed by the last one, which was creepy but also thought provoking. I don't want to put any spoilers in the review, but it had a way of sneaking up on you and involving the reader (listener) in the end, which was great. And the little boy story was one of the better horror stories that I've heard in a while. Great storyline and vivid imagery.
The narrator is great too. His voice suits the material and he has no irritating tics or accents. I can't see any other audiobook that he has done so far, but I would listen to something narrated by him again.
The only thing I can add to the above is that I hope the next book is a bit longer!

Cool little set of horror stories
