I enjoyed the first book but the second one is soooo far fetched from reality when it comes to society at this time - no woman - especially that young would have/ could have behaved like this …

The narrator did a great job and is only reading what the author provided…

The story was tedious and the lead characters were contrary, disingenuous, unlikable and also - as the story - extremely tedious. The narrator was as excellent as ever, even given the dire story. But sadly I did not finish. Very rare given Rosalyn Landon’s narration.

The narrator was the best part of this audio book.
