Parenthood does not come with a manual and most time i am confused on approaches to take while raising my kids in middle school, i get it right some times while i don't sometimes too. This book has given me lots of strategies ,tips and exercises on how to go about their emotional outbursts. i have also learnt how to help them set healthy boundaries and how to build their vocabulary. I love that these tips are practical so i put them to test immediately. with these tips and putting them to practice daily, i am sure that managing the kids and their emotions will be easy.
