Buscándola por palacio viene a dar con un espejo, objeto que ve por primera vez en su vida, y al tomar conciencia de sí mismo, se le parte el corazón. La infanta, decepcionada, decreta que a partir de ese momento nadie que tenga corazón vuelva a jugar con ella.
