Love this Useful Book!
An easy-to-follow book with lots of delicious-sounding recipes that I will be trying out soon! Irish Root Stew and Rustic Apple Pie are going to be the first attempts.
This book was super helpful as I recently purchased a few cast iron dishes and found the author's suggestions extremely beneficial. Loved all the tips for cooking techniques, maintaining the product, seasoning, and preventing damage.

Cook like a master chef
I’ve been using a cast iron all wrong!! But not anymore, this book is filled with a ton of recipes and advice on seasoning and the different techniques to use. The most helpful was the section about the cleaning and the way to maintain its flavor while keeping it fresh!

Best guide to Cast Iron!
This audiobook offers details on how to properly clean, season, and cook with various types of cast iron, as well as recipes for fixing rusted cookware. It dispels myths and offers a collected introduction to cast iron cooking.
I appreciate how the author discusses all the different ways you can use cast iron to cook. I had no idea that a variety of dishes could be made using both the stovetop and the oven.

Delivers!!
I got so excited to learn how to use my cast-iron skillet while listening to this book! Some of the things I was doing before were definitely incorrect. I was also able to save one of my cast-iron pieces after listening. I'm so glad I didn't throw it out because the book taught me how to restore it. I loved the authors writing style and the narration was really enjoyable. I'm looking forward to cooking recipes from the book. So glad it came with a PDF to read for the recipe-making. Highly recommend.

I love cast iron cooking even more now!
I was only using a cast iron skillet for some of my meals, mostly cooking salmon and steaks because the flavor is so much better on cast iron, but little did I know how much more I could use it for, including desserts! After listening to this audiobook and my spouse hearing some of the recipes, I must buy a cast iron dutch oven to try some of these. They sound super delicious. I highly recommend this audiobook. It will definitely taking your cooking skills to the next level.

life-saver
I've been living in the UK for almost a year and live in a furnished flat. The only pan they had was cast-iron. Let's just say, my cooking has been sub-par up until last week, thanks to this gem.
Who knew it mattered how I washed a pan? lol I surely did not. Anyway crisis averted and happily cooking without burning, lovely taste and easier clean-up.
Would recommend!

Cooking with the right tools
Christopher Flamion has written a very informative book. The narration by Dylan Holt is excellent as well.
As a stay at home mom who has begun to cook more and more as my boys reach an older age where they actually eat something more than chicken fingers LOL!! This book really hit home for me.
The difference between using cast iron cookware and cheaper non-stick alternatives is like night and day. The consistency with which it cooks is truly different and the flavor created does make a significant difference in the meal. This book helped me truly understand how to clean my cast iron and also season it. I have not tried the recipes yet but will do that in very short order.

Prepare to fall (back) in love with cast iron!
While not completely new to cast iron, I've never been very successful with it and was looking for some help to improve my skills. This book was just the thing with tips that will make sure my skillet lasts for a lifetime. The author did a great job breaking down myths and giving accurate information, so it's a great resource to have. Plus, there are some delicious-sounding recipes in the book, like Cast Iron Steak and Banana Upside Down Cake. A must-listen for anyone looking to explore or improve their cast iron cooking skill like me.
