A well written story, reliably performed. Fairly mapped out tale, you know where you are going eventually but with enough twists to keep you wondering.
The characters have enough depth and develop in a reasonable and believable fashion.
Well paced and realistically thought through, surprised it is the first in a series, and look forward to more by the author

This was one of the best story's I have listened to in ages, the performance and the story are fantastic. Really worth listening to.

This was another great book from Aethon, it was well read and performed.

The reader did a great job at adding emotion to the characters and he held the different voices throughout so it was really easy to keep with who was speaking at the time.

Will now be looking at the second in the series!

good start to series I did enjoy it
new special ops unit find it self on colony planet when it is attack aliens but somehow still some members find some time for romance (luckily it only a small portion of the book)

my first book by Rick Partlow definitely will listen to more of his books

Ryan Burke did good job narrating this book
