Let's be honest - the main draw here is the connection to the movies and it does a perfectly sufficient job at that. It's OK for car rides as my kids will listen to it out of familiarity. Unfortunately, neither the writing nor the narration carry much weight or value. The stories are mild and have lost all the drama of the films. The narrator seems extremely bored and quick to get through the text - everything sounds exactly the same. I'd say it's worth it because kids know the stories, but very little effort has been made to make these interesting in their own right.
