Ihr Geschöpf Betty Bossi wurde zur "Köchin der Nation" und eroberte das Fernsehen, als hierzulande noch keiner an Kochshows dachte. Nicht wenige sagen, die nationale Küche Helvetiens wäre ohne Betty Bossi eine andere.
