It’s reached its peak. What can I say. A thoroughly enjoyable read which left me wanting more.

Story and characters have developed well and the pace and narration is spot on

Being on Hunted!

Another fabulous book

To be honest, the first 2 books were kind of OK, but as the relationships got ever more intertwined, the characters seemed to be getting more and more indecisive. They never talk through problems, or it is not written down and letting slide things that are atrocious and normalising indecisiveness. How can Sophie decide to take her child into a warzone and then stay there, and why does she have to choose between her child and husband? It feels she caters more for Freddie's wants and wishes than her own or her husband's. There are a lot of things that are weird in the relationship among the three of them. In real life, it could not work, and it feels she wants everything, but when she has to pay the price, she is quick to blame others. Also, her killing hundreds of people is not addressed, and it doesn't affect her at all. It says that she is a sociopath, but still, everybody adores her is a little weird. They don't seem to learn from their mistakes and don't reflect on them.

Starting to be disappointing
