Kate Kinsella is in her office above Humberstones Funeral Directors, contemplating her first real murder case as a private investigator. Jacky Byfield, a nurse at rundown St. Dymphna's Hospital, was stabbed to death on the grounds while running an errand on her night shift.

Only thing that bothered me was the main character is 26, but the narrator sounds as if she’s at least in her 40s. Meant I kept visualizing a much older woman.

Occasionally you find a star amongst the free books and this is a star! Great story about murder and hospitals. You wouldnt normally put them together but it works and it was read really well by Kristin!

I really enjoyed the the concept. It is well written and thought out. such a refreshing idea for a private detective murder mystery. Great characters and fast paced. Brilliant narrative and read with ease . I look forward to the next book.

I enjoyed this audio book making a change from the usual Detective novels I listen to. Still murder and suspense. The only criticism I have, is the narrators voice was over the top on some of the characters.
