Annie Naden and her husband buy a remote country cottage at auction. This series gets better and better, characters are developed as the story goes on and perfectly performed by JK as usual. 6 & 7 are awaiting on my Ipod

But as others have said there are a lot of characters in this book and it’s hard to remember who’s who at times. Still enjoyed it. Narration superb as always

The narrator has a beautiful speaking voice marred by his characterization of just about everybody when he sounds like a very old uneducated person with a heavy cold. The stories are however, pretty good.

This is a really good of books enhanced 10 fold by the excellent narration. Jonathan Keeble has to be one of the best narrates out there on any platform.

Am so enjoying this series, the main charecter is a right one for the women, or thinks he is. He is bit shallow only liking lookers, he is a good copper though. Good book & narrative. Thank you.
