Summary
Ein Schiff gerät bei einem Sturm in Seenot und geht unter. Ein junger Kaufmann kann sich zusammen mit seinem Diener auf ein anderes Schiff retten. Zuerst sieht es aus als ob es dort keine Besatzung gibt. Doch die beiden Schiffbrüchigen entdecken bald mehrere Leichen und den Kapitän, der mit einem Nagel am Mast befestigt ist. In der Nacht sind die Leichen jedoch lebendig. Erst nach der Landung in Indien kommen sie mit Hilfe eines Weisen dem Geheimnis des Schiffs auf die Schliche und die Toten finden ihre letzte Ruhe.
