As a homeschool dad navigating the teenage years, this audiobook was a breath of fresh air. The themes of emotional regulation, mindfulness, and building healthy relationships were presented in a way that felt accessible and even fun to explore. The chapter on managing conflict without escalating it resonated most with me—practical tips I could use immediately. It gave me tools to support my teens through their emotional rollercoasters without losing my cool (or theirs). This audiobook is perfect for parents, educators, or teens themselves who want to understand and navigate emotions better.
