By Timothy Steve!

Another Great collection of Paul Temple, Steve, Charlie & Sir Graham!
Ok, yes they are new remakes of the originals. However they have all the feel of the Golden Days of Crime Radio.
This is a must for any Paul Temple Fan! Or anyone who just wants to hear a "Proper" crime thriller!

Enjoyable, However....

This version of Paul Temple seems harsher and more bullying than of old, at least in the first 3 stories. In the remake of The Gregory Affair, the actor's approach to Paul Temple matches the original and he's much more charming and not quite as condescending. This may be down to differences in the scripts rather than differences in performance, but it made the first 3 stories much harder to listen to.

The new Paul Temple and Steve!

Was a bit anxious that these were new performers, not the ones I have grown to love ... no worries. These guys brought it! Well done, really enjoyed all the stories and acting. Thank you.
Just a little note to the producer. I wanted to know which actors were playing which characters .... not "also taking part".

Not the original

Not a bad version, but when you have been used to listening to the original voices from the BBC radio series for years and years it is a little disappointing to listen and get used to the new voices.

Good stories but...

Badly edited and recording corrupted at Chap 37 when it jumps and misses text. OK again at Chap 39.

Really enjoyed it!

It was hard to believe that the performers weren't from the era that it was set in. Excellent portrayals.

By Timothy it was OK, good for long journeys. Very funny in places but not meant to be,don't take it to seriously or you'll be disappointed.
