About this listen

Family Constellations begins with the premise: it did not start with me. Many of us become "entangled" with the unhappiness of those who came before us, unconsciously adopting destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, failure, and even illness and addiction in an attempt to "redo" the past and "fix" our families.Affirmations and exercises punctuate every chapter, created to help the reader actively engage with and experience the benefits of Family Constellations.Readers will also learn how to:Recognize family system patterns and disrupt themHeal the inner child and parent the adult selfRelease limiting beliefs and behaviorsDissolve trauma bonds that entangle them with the pastReconcile the past and the present, for a whole and integrated selfArrive at a place of personal peace within the family systemCraft future-facing narratives that empower them to live authenticallyThis audio product contains a PDF with supporting material, and the PDF is available to download. I am not sure why the author decided to narrate this book when they are unable to pronounce the English words. I am not opposed to a foreign accent as such, as long as one is able to clearly pronounce words so they are understandable. I really tried to listen and overcome this issue but in the end I could only go a couple of chapters before I gave up as it is too distracting to try and decipher whether she is saying disparate or desperate, live or leave and finally given up. Unless you are partial to very strong French accent, I would give this amiss.

Really poor narration
