This is just a cd of soothing music with hardly any useful words - the words are mainly talking you into a hypnotised state. A VERY few positive words and then music. Complete waste of money.

This certainly helps me sleep as for confidence I am not sure as this is only part of planned things I am doing.
The other things include staying single to focus on just being me for now . Getting my degree do I have more options for a my work life. Returning to church and praying.

However when I wake I do so with a positive outlook and for someone who has lived with depression for 20years that's amazing.
