For anyone who is dealing with stress and anxiety.

For anyone who is dealing with stress and anxiety and would like a way to calm yourself down, this book is a good starting point, and it has great guidelines for helping you to deal with stress and anxiety. However, it is only good if you are willing to put in the time and effort, which means to just start slow and steady, and it will help you over time.

Not very substantive at all. A few useful ideas.

Had a few useful ideas in the last 30 minutes. The book was basically a description of CBT for 3/4 of it.

A must hear for Cognitive Behavioral. The author hits it on the head in a simple to read and understand way. I appreciate that it reads kind of like a self help book, which makes it easier to translate for my clients. Easy to understand and follow.
