About this listen

Loved the narration of Ashley Holt


This book has it all romance and suspense and action. . Kat is a strong female , with a softer side with the habit of taking in strays, be they cats or people. Poor Ian he is smitten, even though he tried to keep things professional.

This is a really sweet old fashioned love story and I liked that. The main part of the story is about a girl who used to go out with a shady character she did not realize was really bad. Once she did she left him. A long time later he returns and starts harassing her. The police are called in and she has a detective detail protecting her while they try to find out why he has come back. One of the detectives likes her and she reciprocates his feelings. Quite exciting in parts clean romance.
