Summary

The traditional stories of Ireland, Scotland, Brittany, and Wales transport us to the fantastical world of Celtic folklore. Translated and transcribed by folklorists in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the 16 stories in this compilation conjure forgotten realms and rare magical creatures in vivid prose. These timeless tales brim with wit and magic, and each one is brought to life with elegant silhouette art by Kate Forrester in this special edition.

Very well done, so easy to get lost in the stories

This book was perfect to listen to before bed. The narration was great and the book is really well written, absolutely recommend.

Why an American narrator!?!

I didn't finish the book. Whilst the stories may be traditional folk tales, I don't know. Hearing them in a very dramatic American accent ruined for me.
Why choose an American to narrate British folk tales?!
