It seems that everything I've read from this author so far has been brilliant. It doesn't matter the sub-genre or the plot, I get sucked in. CMIYC is no different. The first in a romantic Suspense trilogy, its full of exactly that; Suspense and the start of a thrilling romance. There's twists, turns, secrets and an explosive cliffy that will want to have you diving into book 2. Naomi isn't the easiest FMC to root for, but once you understand why, it helps. Marcus isn't perfect either, but dang is he gone for Naomi and fast. Can't wait for more from the gang.

Coming from someone who HATES romance in all forms, I loved this book. It was paced well, interesting in every chapter and the characters were very interesting also. The performance from Wesleigh Siobhan was outstanding as usual and just made the book 100% complete. I will be listening to all of the other books and I look forward to reading/listening to CCJs books in the future.

I have never been scared for characters as much as I was for naomi. wooahhh this book had me glued. every single character killed it. narrators smashed i. the ending omg I know I am going to use my money and not wait for audible credits. please somebody make this into a movie already. this some black James bond and Mission impossible type shit.
