A truly startling mother lode of extraordinary plans. I thought I was simply getting a book on the most proficient method to can and save yet I was enjoyably shocked by each of the brilliant plans remembered in this wonderful book.

I am a little disappointed that there’s not enough information on canning, there are several recipes but the majority of them I would never make. As a new canner, I really would have preferred that it had more information on canning that’s why I bought the book.

Great data. Plans are for enormous clumps. I generally can 4-5 containers of whatever at a time as my nursery produces. Most plans can be split to quartered to oblige.
