Summary

Mia Saunders needs money. A lot of money. She has one year to pay off the loan shark who has threatened her father's life and is coming after his unpaid gambling debts. One million dollars to be exact. Her mission is simple - serve as a high-priced escort for her aunt's Los Angeles-based company and pay monthly against the debt. Spend a month with a rich man whom she doesn't have to sleep with if she doesn't want to? Easy money. Unlucky in love with a spirit that never gives up, this curvy motorcycle-riding vixen plans to get in, make her money, and get out. Part of that goal is keeping her heart locked up tight and her eye on the prize. At least that's the way it's supposed to go....

Very entertaining story.

I enjoyed this book. Read all 12 moths of “Calendar Girl”. I believe the first 3 (this book) are my favorite. In this story you see passion, love, sadness, beauty, compassion. I like that main character, Mia, tries to find lessons in the situations that she is being put into and appreciates people that she meets. She had hard life until now, but it did not break her, it made her stronger.
The narrator is great doing accents and female voices; however, still needs to work on her mail voice. Otherwise, she made this book come to live, and I liked listening to it.

I'm Torn

This was an interesting book. I haven't decided if I want to continue the series but the narration was decent. So here's what I'm torn about. I get the whole escort thing but what I think makes this unrealistic for me is that not only does she work for her Aunt who is basically pimping her out, but she spends entire months with each person she is set up with. I enjoyed January and I could see things happening with them, but February was just a weird story line and March was actually more realistic. I just don't know about this one.

Seriously hot scenes. need a movie for sure.

Good wish there were more than one narrator one for women and one for men's voices. but she did great.

A fun romp...

A fun romp through the life of a 24 year old with enough emotional baggage for everyone. Great characters and plot twists.

DNF

Just painful. I made it to March and couldn’t make it any further. Not going to invest my time on something so cringeworthy.

Intriguing storyline

This is a collection of the 3 first books in this series and I’m falling for Mia more and more, her compassion and openness to new things and how she adjusts to her clients without giving up on her self in the process.

The writing style is easygoing and filled with dialogues and there’s no unnecessary descriptions of surroundings. I listen to audio version and the narrator is good and the pronunciation is very clear.

Characters descriptions is good and the feelings inside the characters is conveyed in a way that makes they seem realistic.

I find the storyline intriguing and I feel like the author is trying to say that there’s many different kinds of love that can be experienced between different people.

I love this series and give it a 5 stars 🤩 review.
