while the I formation given is interesting, as an audio book I think this is not very easy to follow and understand. I might prefer buying the hard copy book and go over it more thoroughly.

Interesting to read a technical explanation as to the no self concept. Some other concepts I found useful are the brain as an internal simulator, to set and use deliberate intention and the idea of a year of self compassion.
