Critic reviews
"Gripping." (Publishers Weekly)
"Chilling....Dexter...is adept at portraying those on the fringes of the mob who are sucked into its fury. His characters are unsavory but convincing, his action vicious." (Library Journal)

Interesting Story
Pete Dexter has a similar style to John Steinbeck. This book did not disappoint. It was blunt, and thought provoking and raw at times.
