Identify how your brain deceives you
This book is a short look at how your brain affects your perception. The author outlines the many instances where what you perceive is not really reality. Understanding how this works, allows you to re-examine your own logic and conclusions. I think the author could have provided more examples of how to control these perceptions, many of them were presented as "this is what it is" with little "here's how to change it."
Overall it was a quick read with a refresher on how your brain perceives the world around you.
