Enjoyable and quick listening time. I will listen often.

I enjoyed this book, although I have a great memory. I did learn some things about how to keep my good memory. I will incorporate some methods int my daily life. I liked how it mentioned some foods help with memory. I wished the foods were mentioned. I use gum, tunafish, cinnamon, and home-made juices and fruits to help with memory. As one gets older it is important to exercise the mind, and I used to exercise by riding my bike to keep healthy and remember. I will need to find a place safe enough to ride a bicycle, again. I am not remembering as I once did. This book helped to remind me some of the things I did when I was younger. Now, I also started meditating and it also helps some, but is not mentioned in the book. It is a good book. Thank you for writing it.
