I’m two weeks in and both my body and mind have genuinely changed. I feel focused, alert, full of energy, and no longer distracted by food. It really is incredible.

I initially bought the Audible version, but it didn’t include the meal plan, so I invested in the paper copy as well. Ironically, I didn’t actually need it for the meal plan in the end - it’s surprisingly easy to put meals together. What I do value is being able to listen to the explanations of how the body works, and then go back and read key passages to really lock in my understanding - especially about the glucose waterfall.

I’m genuinely excited to see how my body continues to change - I’ve shed pounds faster than I had hoped and within weeks I can actually get my jeans on without squatting and squeezing!!

With so many friends suddenly becoming thinner than me, I had previously considered the injections, but as I’m not obese I wasn’t able to access them, even privately. In hindsight, I’m relieved - it feels like a lucky escape from what sounds like some pretty unpleasant side effects, and instead I’ve gained a healthier body, a clearer mind and a bucket load of energy.
