About this listen
Quinn Maxwell. Student. Dork. And a woman in love with a guy who doesn't know she exists.
Cooke Thompson. British. Hottie. Rugby star. Chick magnet. And a guy trying to FaceChat with his old mate Maxwell Quinn.
Sure, it was a wrong number, but sometimes, wrong ends up being so, so right.

The dialogue of the English male character, well, especially his repetitive use of the endearment “love”, and “aye”, nearly drove me wild. There are always exceptions of course, but people with an accent like the male character don’t use the word “aye”. They say “yes” or “yeah” or “uh-huh” or “right”. “Aye” is used by folk with pronounced local accents - Scottish, Yorkshire, somewhere north of the imaginary line around the middle of the UK.
And, just for info - the American usage of the term “2 baths” to mean 2 full bathrooms is not understandable to those on the other side of “the pond” (Really,? Why use that phrase.) Okay, we might know what “2 baths” means it’s f we’ve looked at real estate listings in the US, but the MMC wouldn’t say it. There were one or two other inaccuracies in language, but to be fair, that’s very little in the scheme of things. If, like me, you are on the other side of “the pond” it grates a little, but still, this was a good enjoyable listen. The narrators did a fabulous job! Well done!
Slow start but then engaging

I would have loved hearing more of Cooks voice... Dang that British accent 😍😍 sad we only got two very short chapter from his pov
... And the last one didn't even bring more to his character
It might be the voice acting from the female voice which gave that weiny vibe... Not the best one ve heard🫠
Fairly good story, medium performance on audio
