Very worthwhile read

A good first listen, gets even better with a re listen. Its a perfect book to send via email for an 18th or 21st gift (with ££ too of course) as lots of helpful info about making the best choices in life.
Alan Knott-Craig has a fab easy to listen to South African voice and I often listen to this book on 30 minute timer to get a few useful positive thoughts before drifting off to sleep at night.
It should have a 5 star rating as there is nothing not to like about this book unless you don't like good sensible life advise, at 57 I know most of what I need to know, but still found it illuminating.
