This week I'm feeling into the Leo energy of visibility, self-expression, and freedom of authenticity — and going deeper into what the fear of being seen actually is. Spoiler: it has nothing to do with the right hook on Instagram or saying the perfect thing to your partner. It's the fear that there's something inherently wrong with you, that you'll be found out, that you're not fully healed, not there yet.

I break down what's actually happening when this fear shows up and why the more evidence you collect from hiding, the lonelier and more disconnected you become, in your relationships, your career, everywhere. I share a real conversation with my partner about needing him to simply respond when I share something that lights me up, and how reclaiming the word "needy" changed everything for me.

Then I take you through my own story and how exposure — real, repeated, uncomfortable exposure — became the thing that set me free.

We get into true humility versus hiding, giving from overflow instead of seeking validation, the cringe mountain, and why people respect authenticity even when they don't understand it.
