Good morning and welcome to Wake Up with Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason.

Today we're in Judges 6:12, where the angel of the Lord speaks to Gideon and says, "The Lord is with you, mighty warrior." Even though Gideon saw himself as weak and unqualified, God called him by who He created him to become—not by how he saw himself.

Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason share how God often chooses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things. We all face fear, doubt, and moments when we feel inadequate, but God's presence changes everything. When we know that the Lord is with us, we can move forward with courage, knowing He will never leave us or forsake us.

This message reminds us that our identity is found in what God says about us, not in our past, our failures, or the opinions of others. Just as God called Gideon a mighty warrior before he ever stepped onto the battlefield, God calls us according to His purpose and His plan for our lives.

Pastor Scot and Pastor Jason encourage us to stop allowing fear to define us and to begin walking confidently in the calling God has placed on our lives. The only true failure is giving up. With God by our side, we can keep getting back up, keep moving forward, and become everything He created us to be.
